You’ll tighten and strengthen all the muscles in one of the most common trouble spots, your core, which improves your ability to perform any movement you do for work, exercise, or leisure. We gonna bring in some lower back, shoulder and stamina exercises too, just to make you feel better!
At this stations you train like a real Muay Thai fighter. Different combinations that include punches, kicks, knee & elbow strikes will not only keep your heart rate up but increase your focus for the workout too. It never gets boring here!
The more you train your legs the more the rest of your whole body will benefit. As the your gluteus maximus (aka, your backside) is the largest muscle in your body, you will need more energy to workout those big muscles, which means your body will have to burn more calories.
Upper body strength is important to have because the upper body controls your ability to perform everyday activities such as reaching, pulling, pushing and lifting. Having a strong upper body improves your flexibility, mobility and range of motion. If your upper body strength get worse as you age, you are more vulnerable to injuries, disease and a reduced quality of life.
Stamina, or endurance, is a key component in achieving improved fitness levels and decreasing the risk of heart problems.
